Above All - Ohio | Site Locator | Help

This page contains detailed instructions for using the Site Locator app.

Step 1 - Locate your site.
Enter an address and click the "Find" button. If the site doesn't have an address, you can enter a city or zip code to get close and use the familiar Google Maps' pan and and zoom features to find the site.

Step 2 - Mark your site.
Use your mouse to click the corners of your site. Pretend you are walking around the property and click the mouse each time you make a turn. "Walk" all the way around the site. If you make a mistake, click the "Reset" button at the bottom right of the form and start over.

The outline you create is used to compose your photos. You will see more than what is outlined in nearly every view - many miles beyond the area in some views. The outline should enclose the minimum area that you need to see.

If you do not have a specific site yet and you are just looking for a budgeting quote, you can make a small outline in the general vicinity and let us know in the comments that you did not mark the exact site.

Step 3 - Describe your site.
In the first box, enter a name for the site. It doesn't matter what it is, but if you have multiple sites, give each one a different name. If we have questions, we will refer to it by the name you give it here.

In the "Comments" box, provide any additional information or describe any special requests that you may have. For example, you might say something like, "it is very important to show the highway interchange 1 mile northwest of this site" or "I need these photos taken on June 21 at 2:00 pm" or "I need photos taken once per month for 12 months."

It might also be a good idea to tell us what the intent of the photos is. For example, you could say, "We will want a print to hang in the conference room" or "we are marketing this property" or "construction progres monitoring."

Submit your site.
If you have given us all the information we need, leave the "Action" set to "E-mail me a quote with some options." If you have a cost or schedule priority, select the action corresponding to what is more important to you. If you think it would be easier to discuss your project on the phone, select "Call me to discuss my site and needs" from the action list.

Please fill in your contact information accurately so we can get the quote to you or contact you for additional information if we need to. You need to at least provide a first name and your e-mail address. The phone number is optional (unless, of course, you want us to give you a call!).

If you are satisfied with everything on the form, click on the button that says "Send Site Information" and we will be in touch! If you are not satisfied, you can edit the fields as needed or hit the "Reset" button to clear the form and start over. (This is the only way to clear your outline...)

If you have more than one site, you need to submit them one at a time. After you click the "Send Site Information" button, the map will zoom back to the initial view and the outline you drew will be cleared. The other information you entered into the form will remain so you can submit multiple sites more quickly.

That's it! If you still have questions or would like to talk to us about your project, feel free to contact us by any other means you find convenient.

Thank you again for your interest in our services - we look forward to working with you!
